Yes! We offer discounts for parents with multiple contestants. On the order page, select the drop down box to find "sibling add-on". This will add the additional contestant at the discounted price. This is NOT intended for non-siblings. You may not use a friend to receive this discount. 

Depending on the size of the event, photos are generally delivered within a week. If the event is large and requires additional sorting, it could extend the delivery time. Each event is different and some times may vary. 

We offer a variety of staging options including indoor and outdoor stages, runway stages, and modular stages. Our team at Universal Light and Sound can also provide custom staging solutions to meet your specific needs, along with stage lighting, LED Video walls and audio solutions.

Yes, we offer live streaming services to help you reach a wider audience. Our team at Universal Light and Sound can provide high-quality video and audio streaming for your event.

If you need to cancel your event, please let us know as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy varies depending on the type of event and services provided. Please refer to your contract for more information.
